If you have any complaints related to product delivery, and if there is visible damage or mishandling before opening the product box, please provide a video as evidence. This will help us further investigate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
CANCELLATIONS
We can accommodate cancellations within a 2-hour window from when the order is processed. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within this 2-hour window. Instead, we provide credit that can be used at our physical location or online store.

We make every effort to ensure that the availability of our products online matches our inventory, but occasionally mistakes happen. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email and phone. You will then have the option to select a different product within a similar price range to ensure timely delivery, or if you prefer, you can choose to wait until the initial order is available again, and we will arrange for a new delivery date.
